Irving duo charged after larceny, trespass

HANOVER — A trespassing complaint last week has led to a pair of Irving residents being charged

Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies report around 5:17 p.m. Tuesday they responded to an address. Through a further investigation it was discovered that Brett C. Plucinski, 32, and John J. Plucinski, 63, allegedly took the property of another, without that person’s permission.

The Plucinskis were later charged with petit larceny and trespass. John Plucinski was additionally charged with second-degree harassment after he allegedly threatened to do harm to another person. Both will be in town court at a later date.
