Silver Creek man charged in mischief, harassment
SILVER CREEK — A village man is being charged after an altercation just before sunrise Saturday.
At around 7 a.m., Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies responded to an address in the village. After an investigation it was found that Neil D Burrs, 43, allegedly physically harassed another person and intentionally damaged property. Burrs was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
Burrs was transported for the centralized arraignment program in Mayville, and will answer to his charges town of Hanover court later.
