Wanted Ripley man nabbed with drug paraphernalia
BROCTON — A Ripley man wanted on a warrant is facing an additional charge of having drug paraphernalia.
At 11:23 a.m. Aug. 30, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies conducted a warrant check at a residence on Old Mill Road. Dennis J. Cash Jr., 33, was located in the back yard of the residence.
Cash had active arrest warrants out of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department and out of Westfield Police Department. When Cash was being arrested for his outstanding warrants, he was discovered to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Cash was additionally charged with second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and was taken to the county jail for arraignment.
