SALAMANCA — A Jamestown man is facing charges in connection with the August 2022 death of a Salamanca woman.
Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies executed a felony arrest warrant for Kyle S. Stilson on Broad Street Extension in Salamanca around 9 a.m. Wednesday. Stilson, 24, of Livingston Avenue, allegedly possessed and sold a dangerous drug that led to the death of the unnamed 23-year-old victim.
After an investigation by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Bureau, Stilson was charge with second-degree assault, third-degree sale of a criminal substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was arraigned in city of Olean Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail without bail.
