A domestic-related incident at a town of Dunkirk restaurant led to a take-out order by State Police at Fredonia for a Perrysburg man.
At 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, State Police at Fredonia charged Stuart L Elijah, 33, with third-degree aggravated criminal contempt and third-degree assault after a domestic-related incident with his girlfriend at the Taco Bell in the town of Dunkirk.
Troopers had EMS respond to the scene for a head laceration suffered by the female and she was transported to Brooks-TLC Hospital for treatment. Elijah was placed into custody.
Further investigation revealed an active order of protection was in place and that Elijah's girlfriend was the protected party. Elijah also had an active bench warrant with the Cattaraugus County Sheriffs Office.
He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
