Tonight’s scheduled Dunkirk Common Council meeting is off.

According to an email sent by Deputy City Clerk Raymond Rosas late this morning, Mayor Kate Wdowiasz cancelled the meeting due to a lack of quorum. It is unknown what was on the agenda, or even if there was one; the OBSERVER never received an agenda.

The council’s regularly scheduled meetings are the first and third Tuesdays of each month, so its next session is now set for Aug. 6.
