There’s a report of a basement fire at 2478 Route 20 to the west of Silver Creek.

Scanner reports indicate the call went out just after 8 p.m. Smoke was confirmed at the scene.

Numerous departments were at the location including: Silver Creek, East Dunkirk, Sunset Bay, Forestville, county Emergency Services, and Sheridan as well as law enforcement.
