Three juveniles are facing charges after being found in a stolen vehicle.

Dunkirk police report at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, the three were found operating and in possession of a vehicle that was stolen from Courtney Street earlier in the day. The juveniles and the car were located by an off-duty Dunkirk Police Officer who then communicated to officers on patrol.

Patrol located the vehicle and the juveniles were identified and issued Family Court Appearance Tickets. Subsequently the (3) juveniles ages 13, 14 and 15 were charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
