Five charged in Brocton drug bust
BROCTON — Five Chautauqua County residents are facing drug charges after investigators with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the Jamestown Police Department said Wednesday they executed a search warrant after a short-term investigation into narcotics activity at 48 Highland Ave.
On Feb. 19, entry into the residence was made the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s SWAT. Present in the residence was Matthew Mulville, 36, of Brocton, Shane Miller, 34, of Portland, Kyle Cambria, 27, of Portland, Danika Lemay, 46, of Dunkirk and April Decker, 22 of Sherman. After a search, narcotics investigators seized 12.4 grams of fentanyl, a quantity of methamphetamine and Suboxone and scales and packaging material for the distribution of narcotics. All five suspects were charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. Mulville was additional charged with first-degree criminal nuisance.
All suspects were transported to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for CAP arraignment.
