Three facing drug charges after Fredonia traffic stop

Three Chautauqua County residents are drug facing charges after the Fredonia Police Department conducted a traffic stop after a vehicle was seen violating New York state laws.

During a lawful probable cause search of the vehicle at 8:54 p.m. March 20, officers recovered a large quantity of illegal narcotics. The operator of the vehicle, Angela Waldemarson of Westfield, was found to be in possession of a small quantity of cocaine. She is charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance as well as vehicle and traffic tickets.

Rear seat passenger, Justin Stoll, of Westfield, was found to be in possession of approximately 9.97 grams of cocaine, oxycodone pills and a digital scale. He was charged with fourth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Rear seat passenger, Alijah Ernewein of Mayville, was found to be in possession of approximately 205.07g of Fentanyl, a small quantity of cocaine, liquid Methadone and several items utilized in the manufacturing/preparation and packaging of illegal narcotics. She is charged with felony second- and third-degree criminal Possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Ernewein was also charged on a violation of probation warrant she was transported to the County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.

The investigation is ongoing and more charges are expected to follow.
