A Brocton man has been charged with forcible touching by Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies.

Dale F. Parks, 68, of Brocton was charged Tuesday, according to a police report. Deputies received a complaint on Oct. 17, 2025, that Parks allegedly had inappropriate contact with another person.

After an investigation into the allegations, investigators with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office charged Parks, who was given an appearance ticket to be in Portland Town Court later.
