Tonight’s Dunkirk Common Council meeting has been canceled.

“Please be advised that tonight’s Common Council meeting scheduled for this evening at 5:30 p.m. has been cancelled due to technical issues,” according to a 12:45 p.m. email from Carol Oliveira, secretary to Mayor Kate Wdowiasz.

The mayor told the OBSERVER that as she understood it, one of the members of council wanted to attend the meeting remotely using Zoom. However, City Hall is having technical difficulties with the computer network connection.
