Two Jamestown residents face charges after a search warrant was executed at 6:33 a.m. Thursday on Falconer Street.
Around 6:33 a.m. Thursday, the Jamestown Police Department SWAT team was activated and executed a search warrant at 352 Falconer St., Jamestown. Once the SWAT team made entry, officers allegedly found Alexis Morales-DeJesus and Niderah M. Manuel along with three youths .Once the residence was secured, detectives searched it and allegedly found two revolver style handguns, a 9mm semi-automatic handgun, fentanyl, digital scales, packaging materials and a quantity of U.S. currency.
Morales-DeJesus and Manuel are being charged with two counts each of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, three counts each of criminal possession of a firearm, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts each of fourth-degree of criminal possession of a controlled substance
and and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. Morales-DeJesus was additionally charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration after allegedly attempting to run back in to the residence while the SWAT team was actively clearing the residence.
Morales-DeJesus was arraigned in Jamestown City Court by the Judge LaMancuso and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail. Manuel arraigned by Judge LaMancuso and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
The Jamestown Police Department was assisted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office and the Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team.
