14-year-old charged in burglary

A young teenager was arrested by Dunkirk police following a burglary in the city. On Thursday around 12:40 a.m.officers responded to a local business for the report of a burglary in progress. They arrived on scene and observed the glass to the front door had been smashed along with foot prints in the snow leading away from the business.
