A Dunkirk man is going to spend decades behind bars for transporting migrants to the local area and raping a teenager. JAMESTOWN – Jamestown police are investigating a homicide on East Fourth Street. One person has been detained, according to a police report. The investigation began at 4:54 a.m. Friday at 314 W. Fourth St., Apt. 5, according to scanner reports.
