The Sinclairville Library will raffle a work by Gerry artist David Earl Miller on Dec. 13 at the library. Miller, known locally for his “Presentations in Pastels,” is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and has spent the greater portion of his artistic life working in the pastel medium. The featured work depicts a red barn in the distance of a pastoral landscape, shown here by Mathew Brockelbank, library patron. Tickets are available at the library for $5 each.
