Jamestown man facing sex offense charges

MAYVILLE — A 28-year-old Jamestown man was arraigned this morning in Chautauqua County Court after being charged in an alleged rape with a minor in late August 2016.

Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies report Timothy J. Perrin of 24 W. 22nd St., was charged on Friday after the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department received a complaint of an alleged sex offense that took place in the Bemus Point area on a minor. After an Investigation was completed, Perrin was located and taken into custody by deputies on an arrest warrant.

Perrin was arraigned on charges of first-degree rape, third-degree rape, both felonies, and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual act. He was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 property bond.
