Sheridan Republican candidates are announced

SHERIDAN — Town Republican chairman Terry Niebel announced the following candidates for the upcoming Nov. 7 election.

“We’re fortunate to have former Supervisor, John Walker, once again seeking the position of town supervisor. The town clerk’s position is being contested by newcomer Rebecca Schafer. Incumbent, Lydia Romer, is running for town justice. Richard Feinen and Craig Sutton Jr. are candidates for the two four-year town council positions, while Tom Wik will seek the two year town council position. Longtime Highway Superintendent Jeffrey Feinen is running for re-election, and completes the local portion of the ballot.”

Niebel added, “The Sheridan Republican Party has fielded a strong and experienced field of candidates for the Sheridan Town Board. One that I believe will be well-received by Sheridan voters.”
