12 arrested during fourth of July incidents

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s office reported that deputies had made 12 arrests between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Wednesday stemming from numerous incidents that occurred throughout Hanover.

Patrick J. Ciarla, 19, of Camillus, was arrested for trespass after he had been advised numerous times to not return to an establishment and refused to do so.

Tyshawn L. Stepney, 22, of Buffalo and Jalen C. Lucas, 19, of Amherst, were also arrested for trespass after they were asked numerous times to leave an establishment and refused to do so.

Dustin, J. Janik, 26, of Lancaster and Michael I. Henry, 25, of Buffalo, were arrested for disorderly conduct after they engaged in tumultuous behavior.

Terrance, K. Aiker, 23, of Middleport; Vincent C. Lapreste, 33, of Buffalo; Joseph D. Duckett, 26, of Tonawanda; James A. Argrio, 24, of North Tonawanda; Justice J. Sheehan, 23, of Kenmore; Trell C. Tyson, 21, of Cheektowaga; and Nathaniel Keith, 22, of Brockport were all arrested for disorderly conduct due to their tumultuous behavior and engaging in a fight while outside of an establishment.

All of the above named defendants were issued appearance tickets and are due back in Hanover Town Court at a later date to answer to their charges.
