Submitted Photo Executive Director Rachel Braidich welcomes the newest Tenant Commissioner, Nelmbelis Morales to the Dunkirk Housing Authority Board. “Nelma” has lived in Dunkirk for 12 years and the last three at the Steger Apartments. She looks forward to helping the residents and working with the rest of the board in her new duties.
