FORESTVILLE — The Forestville Fall Festival committee is seeking vendors for this year’s festival, which is taking place on Oct. 6 and 7 at the Forestville Central School gymnasium. Carol Woodward, committee co-chair, invites any area crafters or vendors, including food vendors, to take part in this annual tradition, which has been running for more than 10 years.

For $40, vendors can get a 10 feet by 10 feet booth inside or $35 for an outdoor booth of the same dimensions. All vendors must bring their own tables and chairs. On Saturday, Oct. 6, the festival runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sunday, Oct. 7, the festival runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Set up takes place on Saturday from 8 to 10 a.m.

Each year, the fall festival benefits the community in multiple ways. “Every year, the money goes right back into our community,” Woodward explained. “The festival benefits the food pantry, our fire department and there is also a scholarship at the school that we support.” Interested vendors can contact Woodward at (716) 965-2675 or committee co-chair Carol McEntarfer at (716) 965-4262.
