There was a Meet and Greet, with Tracy Mitrano, at the Firehouse on the Lake, in Silver Creek recently. Mitrano is the Congressional candidate for the 23rd District, running against Tom Reed. She shared her vision and expertise with a group of approximately 200 people who learned a great deal about her hope for the future. In the first picture,
