Dan Smith, Westfield-Mayville Rotary member, presented David Tiffany, past president, and Joseph McFall, current president of the Dunkirk-Fredonia Rotary Club, with a certificate for the Dunkirk-Fredonia club’s support efforts to eradicate polio. Smith said the Dunkirk-Fredonia Rotary Club was recognized at a district meeting in St. Catharines, Ont., Canada, for its fund-raising efforts. The Dunkirk-Fredonia Rotary Club meets weekly on Thursdays at noon in the Beaver Club.
