At approximately 4 p.m. Friday, a fire broke out in the kitchen of the home at 30 Clark St. in Westfield. Westfield Fire Department was aided by Brocton, Portland, Mayville, Ripley, East Dunkirk and Sherman Fire Departments. Fredonia Rescue Team was on scene along with County Medics. No injuries were reported, everyone was able to get out safely. The fire is still under investigation.
