Ron Hall

Former Councilman and Board of Education Member Ron Hall has announced he is running for county legislator for District One.

“I believe there are some very serious allegations that have never been investigated regarding personal gains through having the inside track for selling property to New York State for local development. Public service should be just that, serving the public, and not about personal gain,” Hall stated.

“Also, there has also been total silence from the district’s current representative regarding the state of the district. NRG closing, vacant properties downtown and Brooks Hospital’s pending closure are all within District One. Where is our legislator? Who is our legislator? People wonder and I hear this all of the time.

“I have an extensive record of unselfish commitment to our community. I want to bring that experience to the county legislature.”

Hall and his wife, Susan, are the owners of Hometown Insurance. They are the parents of Ryan Hall and grandparents of Fayne Hall.
