BROCTON — A warrant tip on a 38-year-old village resident around 7 p.m. Saturday led to an arrest and drug charges.

Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies today reported Shannon M. Jusko was at a location at Route 380. Jusko had a warrant for aggravated DWI with a child passenger less than 16 years of age.

After an investigation of the tip, Jusko was located. While in custody Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies found that Jusko was in possession of a quantity of heroin, hypodermic instruments, and drug paraphernalia. Jusko was taken to Chautauqua County Jail and was held without bail.

Jusko was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
