ELLERY — No charges have been filed in a one-vehicle accident on Friday on Route 430 that caused serious injuries.

Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies were called to a location around 3 p.m. and determined that vehicle operator James Willcockson, 82, of Mayville, exited the road causing the vehicle to roll over. Vehicle passenger Joyce Willcockson, 81, was airlifted to Hamot hospital for serious injuries. James Willcockson did not suffer any injuries during the incident.
