GERRY — A 61-year-old town resident has been charged with third-degree sexual abuse.

Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies reported that on Oct. 10 Henry C. Millard, 61, was charged in connection with the alleged incident. The office conducted an investigation which found that Millard had sexual contact with another subject without consent.

Millard will answer the charge in the town of Gerry court.
