RIPLEY — A town woman is facing charges after a rollover accident this morning.

At 5:10 a.m., sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to North East Sherman Road.

Further investigation found that the driver, Karri L. Treacle, 36, was operating her vehicle in an intoxicated state. Treacle was charged with DWI, DWI per se, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speed not reasonable and prudent, unsafe lane change and improper plates.

Treacle will answer her charges in Town of Ripley Court on a later date.
