The Mental Health Association in Chautauqua County (MHA) has released a schedule for the NEW North County program.

Hours for the MHA office in Dunkirk are Mondays and Tuesdays, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Fridays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Offices will be closed on the afternoon of Friday, Nov. 29, and Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Mondays
10 to 11 a.m., Habits of Mind: A set of 16 problem-solving, life-related skills.
11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., Mindfulness: Meditation skills and group meditation, focused on awareness of self and environment.
12:45-1:45 p.m., PTSD Support: Focus on developing skills to heal trauma for people in recovery.
2 to 3 p.m., Recovery Focus: Mental health topic oriented discussion focusing on skills for achieving and maintaining recovery.
Tuesdays
10 to 10:45 a.m., Living Clean: Discussion group focused on the Narcotics Anonymous book.
11 a.m. to 12 p.m., RUS and Treatment Court Support: Peer support focused on treatment court compliance.
12:30 to 1:30 p.m., Anger Management: 12-week course working to develop skills for dealing with anger.
2 to 3 p.m., Relapse Prevention: Developing skills and supports to escape the cycle of relapse.
Fridays
10 to 11 a.m., Alcoholics Anonymous: Internationally supported 12-step recovery support program.
11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., Women's Group: Open topic support group for women.
12:45 to 1:45 p.m., Narcotics Anonymous: Internationally supported 12-step recovery support program.
