HANOVER -- A physical altercation has led to charges against a town woman.
Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies this morning said at 12:45 a.m. Monday, they responded to an address on West Spears Road.
Through investigation it was discovered that Jennifer L. Roche was involved in a physical altercation with two other subjects. Roche, 40, was taken into custody and charged with second-degree strangulation, endangering the welfare of a child, and two counts of second-degree harassment.
Roche was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
