The Erie County Sheriff's Department is helping Seneca Nation marshals investigate a two-vehicle collision on Route 438 on nation territory. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. Friday.
The driver of one of the vehicles sustained upper and lower body injuries and was transported to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo via ambulance, where he remains.
The operator of the second vehicle was transported Lake Shore Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No charges have been filed regarding the incident.
