Union Relief Charity Ball Saturday
WESTFIELD — The 98th Annual Union Relief Charity Ball will be held Saturday, Dec. 7 from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. with a cocktail party from 7 to 8 p.m.
This popular annual holiday event, attended by many, will take place once again at Eason Hall, 23 Elm St., Westfield. Start the holiday festivities with music, dancing, and a beautifully decorated venue. Live music will be provided by the band, DTO.
This fun annual event is held each year to raise money to help Union Relief provide assistance to families in need throughout the year. Union Relief, an organization formed in 1880, helps families with food, clothing, and household needs throughout the year, but its biggest project is the Christmas project. During December, Union Relief gives food and everyday items to senior citizens and assists families in need in providing food, clothing, and toys so that their children can have a more joyous Christmas.
Tickets are $50 per couple or $25 for single and can be purchased from any Union Relief member or tickets are available at B & C Bookkeeping on Main Street in Westfield.
