Brocton man picked up for laundry list of warrants
PORTLAND — A Brocton man was taken into custody without incident after members of the Criminal Investigation Division assisted by Chautauqua County sheriff’s office K9 unit executed a warrant check on Dahlberg Road.
Investigators located Paul R. Dunn III, 38, of Peerless Street in a camper outside the residence at 3:30 p.m. Thursday. Some of the outstanding warrants out of the town of Portland and village of Westfield against Dunn include: fourth-degree grand larceny; third-degree assault; second-degree reckless endangerment; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; endangering the welfare of a child; second-degree harassment; two counts of second-degree trespass and petit larceny.
