Upward Bound students show kindness

In honor of Valentine’s Day and part of their Acts of Community Kindness Project, The Upward Bound Program student class representatives and staff presented tokens of appreciation to Dunkirk fire stations, city hall and the police department. Hand made cards along with baskets full of snacks were presented to each along with a heartfelt thank you for all of their services.
