Fredonia Central Schools accepts Reyda’s resignation

The Fredonia Board of Education accepted the resignation of Joseph Reyda, the former director of instruction at a meeting this week.
Reyda is leaving the district to become superintendent in Bemus Point. The resignation will be effective Aug. 23.
“We accept this resignation with sincere gratitude for his 16 years of service to the district,” said Brian Aldrich, president of the school board. “It has been a pleasure to have you in our district. I appreciate everything you’ve done for the district. Thank you, Mr. Reyda.”
Aldrich left the last words of the meeting to Reyda, “I thank you all for everything that you’ve done and I truly will miss you all.”
