¯ Jessica L. Coddington, 29, of Westfield, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal of breath test, open container in vehicle and aggravated DWI with a BAC of 0.18 or higher. Officers were called at 12:19 a.m. Friday to Route 5 for a report of a vehicle driving all over the road. The vehicle was located and stopped for erratic driving. An investigation found that Coddington was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. She was transported to the Westfield Police Department for processing and released with tickets to appear in Westfield Town Court later.

¯ Carl A. Moore, 39, of Westfield, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Officers were called at 1:19 a.m. Wednesday to Jefferson Street for a reported physical domestic incident taking place. Moore allegedly grabbed another person her by hair and broke her glasses and bedroom door. Moore was issued tickets to appear in Westfield Village Court later.
