Soil, Water Board meets Nov. 18

The Chautauqua County Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Directors will meet at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, at a location to be determined. Those interested in attending are asked to call 664-2351 at ext. 102 to provide contact information. The public is invited to attend.

Sheridan Auxiliary meets Tuesday

Due to a scheduling conflict, the Auxiliary for the Sheridan VFW 6390 will meet this coming Tuesday, rather than its regular meeting night of the second Monday of the month.

Meeting time will remain at 6 p.m., due to recent Auxiliary rules regarding COVID-19 procedures. This will allow time to get the meeting underway early enough. Until further notice, meetings will be held inside in the dining room of the Sheridan Post at 2556 Route 20, to facilitate spacing during the pandemic. Masks are required. All members are encouraged to attend.
