WCA Home cancels Christmas sale event

The Friends of WCA Home will be not be holding their annual “Gently-Used Christmas Sale” on Saturday, Dec. 5, due to Coronavirus restrictions.

The Friends Auxiliary appreciates all the donations they receive every year for this sale. However, due to CDC guidelines and the Department of Health regulations, The WCA Home is unable to accept donations for next year’s sale at this time.

The event is sponsored annually by the “Friends of the WCA Home,” an auxiliary organized to assist in raising funds for activities and entertainment benefiting the men and women who reside at The Home. The WCA Home is a non-profit, assisted-living facility for men and women.

The Home provides its residents and respite care guests with quality living, safety, companionship, and all the comforts of a “home away from home.” Its dedicated and trained staff is committed to maintaining a quality of care that is unsurpassed. Its special blend of privacy and care allows for personal reflection, as well as group interaction and assistance when needed.

The Friends look forward to seeing you again next year at their sale!
