Community benefit grants being accepted by NCCF
The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation will accept letters of interest to the Community Benefit Grants program until Sept. 1. Proposals must efficiently and effectively address identified community needs or encourage new opportunities. Letters seeking eligibility should not exceed two pages in length and should include the following information:
¯ A brief project description, including how this project furthers the agency’s mission.
¯ What the anticipated and measurable impacts of the project are, including the number of people who might benefit, specific community benefits, or both.
¯ The total project cost and the specific amount requested.
¯ The signature of the executive director or president and the name and contact information of the primary person responsible for the proposal.
Submit letters of interest to Eileen Ardillo, email@example.com. After a grants committee review, the committee will invite selected organizations to submit full grant applications through the application portal at nccfoundation.org/grants-programs and Chautauquagrants.org.
The Community Benefit Grants program considers grant proposals from nonprofit organizations twice a year in March and September. The Community Benefit Grants program is made possible through the generosity of community donors who have established or contributed NCCF Community Benefit Funds. Those wishing to contribute to a Community Benefit Fund may do so at nccfoundation.org/community-funds.
For additional information on grants programs or how to establish a fund, contact 366-4892 or visit www.nccfoundation.org.
