SILVER CREEK– The village of Silver Creek Democratic committee is excited to announce its candidates for mayor and trustees. Candidate for mayor, Warren Kelly and candidates for trustees, Kelly Ziegler and Philip Davila bring experience, energy and excitement. They are committed to working together and with the existing members of the Village Board.

The village of Silver Creek has many important issues to tackle, including the revitalization of our Village.

Kelly, who is a past Village board member for six years and is a lifelong resident. He brings experience and passion to the mayors position. Kelly has 29 years of architectural, engineering, accounting and administrative experience as a Chautauqua County engineer with the Chautauqua County Public Facilities Department. He’s looking to starting from the ground up, cleaning up the village and already identifying empty storefronts to attract new businesses opportunities to many nearby counties and towns who want to expand.

Ziegler, a trustee candidate, is a family advocate for Chautauqua County and a tireless volunteer. She supports Kelly’s agenda and is ready to roll up her sleeves and make things happen.

Davila, a trustee candidate, brings a fresh, youthful perspective to the village board. He has worked as a volunteer, cleaning up places like New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and local homeless shelters. Phil has established roots in the Village of Silver Creek and believes in and supports Kelly’s agenda.

The Democratic committee in the village thanks all of these candidates for their willingness to serve. All voters are asked to get out and get to know the candidates as they walk through the village and neighborhoods and also put information on social media of their work together to revitalize the village of Silver Creek.
