— David Anzalone, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Anthony Irizarry, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and resisting arrest.

— Victor Santiago-Losanta, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with petit larceny.
