COI Safe House receives blankets from Shults Nissan Subaru

Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc. would like to send a huge thank you to Beverly Lubi and her team at Shultz Nissan Subaru for their donation to the Youth Services program. The Shults Nissan Subaru team donated 68 blankets to Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc.’s Safe House in Jamestown. The blankets will be given to youth who stay in the Safe House or Transitional Independent Living Program (TILP) apartments.

The Safe House is a 12-bed runaway and homeless youth shelter that is licensed by NYS Office of Children and Family Services. Homeless youth under the age of 18 may stay up to 21 days while staff work to reunite the family or find other appropriate living arrangements. Homeless youth ages 16-21 staying in the TILP apartments learn independent living skills while working or going to school.

COI is grateful to Shultz Nissan Subaru for their generous donation to benefit the youth of Chautauqua County.

Starting at $3.50/week.
