¯ FRENCH CREEK — Garrett D. Morgan, 36, of Ripley, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to stop at a stop sign. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 9:24 p.m. on Sunday on Conway Road in the town of French Creek. An investigation found that Morgan was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ WESTFIELD — A village resident has been charged after a search warrant was executed by area law enforcement.

At approximately 6:05 a.m. Monday, members of the Chautauqua County SWAT Team, Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, Jamestown Metro Task Force, Westfield Police, and members the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Road Patrol took part in the warrant at 154 N. Portage St, Apt. A. Upon completion, Lois B. Dros, 49, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment Program.

Authorities continue to ask members of the community to call and report suspicious or narcotics related activity within their neighborhoods.

¯ Asante Neely, 19, of Buffalo, was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Rachel Courtier, 36, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Dylan Serrano, 21, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with an open container violation.

¯ Tyler Pelsey, 21, of Fredonia, was arrested on a bench warrant Feb. 5.

¯ Joseph Gambino, 58, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 8 and charged with petit larceny and trespass.

¯ Cassandra Olson, 34, of Frewsburg, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday.

¯ Jordan Hebner, 22, of Stockton, was arrested Thursday and charged with criminal mischief and harassment.
