He is the son of Eric and Cathy Burrows and has a 5-year-old daughter, Marina. He comes to Shorewood with a wealth of fine dining and banquet experience that includes the Kahkwa Club, Oliver’s Rooftop and Firebirds in Erie, Pa., along with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and the Marriott Resort @ Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra, Fla.
