MAYVILLE — A Mayville Village Candidates Public Forum, moderated by WRFA’s Jason Sample, will be held Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 6:30 p.m.

The event will be at the Carlson Center in Lakeside Park with mayoral candidates Jean Lobaugh and Richard Syper, along with trustee candidates Bill Ward, Eagle Harrington and Mark Perry hosting a discussion on the issues facing the village.

Mayville has been the focus of a variety of conversations of late, including the waterfront activation effort, the need for a comprehensive plan, the Chautauqua Lodge project failure, and the opportunities for uptown growth.

The public is invited and encouraged to participate, and written questions will be curated by Sample and presented to the candidates.
