Plenty of treats during city event

On Monday, the city of Dunkirk Youth and Recreation Department held a Trick or Treating event throughout City Hall. Around 350 youth attended and went through City Hall trick or treating at all the departments. At the bottom floor of the Stearns building kids were able to make crafts and play games. The Youth and Recreation Department was very pleased with the amount of kids and families that attended. A special thank you to Dunkirk High School JROTC and Tim Hortons for their contributions to the event.
