National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization appoints CHPC CEO Mike Testa to Quality and Standards Committee

LAKEWOOD — Mike Testa, Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care CEO, has been named to the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s (NHPCO) Quality and Standards Committee.

The committee is a national body that consists of 33 members, and Testa is one of nine new members named to the committee in 2023.

NHPCO’s Quality and Standards Committee works to promote quality end-of-life care by contributing to the organization’s quality initiatives and other educational and program activities related to quality. The committee is also responsible for updating the NHPCO Standards of Practice for Hospice Programs, including systematic ongoing review and revision of the Standards document to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
