Truck breakdown closes road

On Monday afternoon, according to the New York State Police, a truck carrying turbine equipment broke down on Route 83 between Miller Road and Center Road in the town of Arkwright. State Police diverted traffic from the area by blocking off the intersections of Route 83 at Center Road and at Miller Road. The intersections were still closed as of 4:30 p.m., Monday.
