The Sons of the American Legion, Squad 59 of Fredonia Memorial Post 59, recently awarded four students each with a gift of $150 to help them pay for supplies they will need to buy while representing our post at the American Legion 2023 Boys and Girls State conference. The selection process was highly competitive, and the Post's leadership had a very difficult job. We are very proud of all the recipients attending this prestigious and nationally recognized program! The list of the delegates chosen for this year are as follows; Ava Hartung, Jena Gullo, Rebecca Lash and Jacob Majka. Pictured from left are: Squad 59 Commander Rodney Dziduch, Gullo, Majka, Lash and Squad 59 Finance Manager Larry Fiorella. Missing from photo was Hartung.
